1. Sales contract<\/strong><\/h4>

For all orders placed, Fly Srl issues an invoice with the data provided by the customer when filling out the data form, a necessary step to complete the order. Once this has been done, Fly Srl sends the invoice via email to the customer, to the address provided pursuant to art. 14 DPR 445\/00 and dl 52\/2004.<\/span><\/p>

After the invoice has been issued, no changes to the data will be possible.<\/span><\/p>

The customer can purchase the products present in the Fly srl electronic catalogue when sending the order.<\/span><\/p>

The technical information and images contained in the initial product sheet may not be complete with its own characteristics but may differ for example in weight, colour etc. Furthermore, the images are indicative of the basic product.<\/span><\/p>

(The clarifications are contained in the description, visible on the website).<\/span><\/p>

The wording \u201cavailable\u201d that can be displayed next to some products indicates the availability to produce the item and not its availability in stock.<\/b><\/i><\/span><\/p>

Each product is made on order. For this reason, once the order and the related credit have been received, Fly srl checks the availability of the goods and communicates the indicative delivery date via official order confirmation.<\/b><\/i><\/span><\/p>

No responsibility can be attributed to Fly srl. The correct receipt of the order is confirmed by Fly srl sending a reply via email with an official order confirmation, sent to the email address communicated by the customer.<\/span><\/p>

This confirmation document will report all the data entered by the customer who undertakes to verify its correctness and to promptly communicate any corrections to be made.<\/span><\/p>

The contract stipulated between the customer and Fly srl is to be considered concluded only after sending the email of <\/span>acceptance of the order by the customer and the related payment.<\/b><\/span><\/p>

By placing the order on the website ecommerce.flysrl.com the customer declares to have read the general conditions of sale, the proposed payment methods, and the entire purchase procedure.<\/span><\/p>

The conditions may be modified by Fly srl without prior notice and will be valid from the date of publication on the website <\/span>ecommerce.flysrl.com<\/b><\/span>.<\/span><\/p>

1.2 Competent Court<\/strong><\/h4>

1. Contratto di vendita<\/strong><\/h3>

Per tutti gli ordini effettuati, Fly Srl emette fattura con i dati forniti dal cliente al momento della compilazione del modulo dati, passaggio necessario per poter completare l\u2019ordine. Una volta eseguito questo, Fly Srl invia la fattura via mail al cliente, all\u2019indirizzo fornito ex art. 14 DPR 445\/00 e dl 52\/2004.<\/p>

Dopo l\u2019emissione della fattura, non sar\u00e0 possibile nessuna variazione dei dati.<\/p>

Il cliente pu\u00f2 acquistare i prodotti presenti nel catalogo elettronico di Fly srl al momento dell\u2019invio dell\u2019ordine.
Le informazioni tecniche e le immagini contenute nella scheda iniziale di un prodotto possono non essere complete delle caratteristiche proprie ma differenti ad esempio per peso, colore ecc\u2026. Le immagini, inoltre, sono indicative del prodotto base.

La dicitura \u201cdisponibile\u201d che si potr\u00e0 visualizzare accanto ad alcuni prodotti indica la disponibilit\u00e0 a produrre l\u2019articolo e non alla disponibilit\u00e0 dello stesso a magazzino.
Ogni prodotto viene realizzato su ordine. Per tale motivo Fly srl, una volta ricevuto l\u2019ordine e il relativo accredito, verificare la disponibilit\u00e0 del bene e comunica tramite conferma d\u2019ordine ufficiale la data indicativa di consegna.<\/i><\/b>
Nessuna responsabilit\u00e0 potr\u00e0 essere attribuita a Fly srl. La corretta ricezione dell\u2019ordine \u00e8 confermata da Fly srl mediante risposta via email con invio di conferma ordine ufficiale, inviata all\u2019indirizzo di posta elettronica comunicata dal cliente.
Detto documento di conferma riporter\u00e0 tutti i dati inseriti dal cliente che si impegna a verificarne la correttezza e a comunicare tempestivamente eventuali correzioni da apportare.
Il contratto stipulato tra il cliente e Fly srl \u00e8 da intendersi concluso solo dopo l\u2019invio della e-mail di accettazione dell\u2019ordine da parte del cliente e relativo pagamento<\/b>.
Effettuando l\u2019ordine sul sito ecommerce.flysrl.com il cliente dichiara di aver preso visione, delle condizioni di vendita generali, delle modalit\u00e0 di pagamento proposte e di tutta la procedura di acquisto.
Le condizioni potranno essere modificate da Fly srl\u00a0senza preavviso alcuno e avranno validit\u00e0 dalla data di pubblicazione nel sito Internet\u00a0ecommerce.flysrl.com<\/b>.<\/p>
