1. Right of withdrawal<\/strong><\/h4>

Information on the right of withdrawal
It is not possible to exercise the right of withdrawal if the purchase was made with a VAT number.<\/strong><\/p>

Purchases on the Fly srl website are subject to the provisions of Legislative Decree 206\/05, dictated in the matter of distance contracts, in cases where the delivery of the goods takes place at the buyer’s domicile, as such purchases are perfected outside of commercial premises.<\/p>

The community legislation most known as the Right of Withdrawal, provides that this right can be exercised only by natural persons (consumers) who act for purposes that can be considered unrelated to their commercial activity. The right of withdrawal, therefore, cannot be exercised by legal persons and by natural persons who act for purposes related to a commercial activity. Purchases made by retailers or by persons, who in any way purchase for resale to third parties, are also excluded from the right of withdrawal.<\/p>

What it consists of: the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 10 working days of receiving the goods, returning the goods subject to withdrawal to the seller, who will reimburse the price of the returned goods.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that have been opened by the consumer, used, assembled and that have not been adequately repacked.<\/p>

The right of withdrawal also does not apply to bespoke or customized products. All the items on the e-commerce website are made on order and as requested by the buyer.<\/p>

Fly srl provides the possibility of exercising this right within 3 days of receiving the order and related payment.
The following details must be provided:
\u2022 order or invoice number
\u2022 in the case of partial withdrawal, the article code\/s of the products
\u2022 bank details on which to obtain the transfer (CIN \u2013 ABI \u2013 CAB codes \u2013 IBAN bank account consisting of 12 alphanumeric characters of the invoice holder)
The procedure is the following: the communication expressing the desire to withdraw must be sent by email and confirmed within 48 hours. The communication must be sent by email or certified email within 3 working days from receipt of the order confirmation. The PEC mail must be addressed to:<\/p>

The PEC mail must contain the declaration of intent to exercise the right of withdrawal, indicating all the above-mentioned details (order or invoice number, article code of the products that must be subject to withdrawal, bank details).<\/p>

2 Return of material<\/strong><\/h4>

In case the material has manufacturing defects that are not to be considered typical characteristics of the product, Fly srl undertakes to replace the material under warranty without charging any other costs. To exercise this right, it is necessary to:<\/span><\/p>

[ 1 ] Send a written communication to Fly srl via email <\/span>shop@flysrl.com<\/span><\/a><\/u><\/span> within 5 days from the date of receipt of the goods, indicating the order references, defective item and details of the defect found.<\/span><\/p>

[ 2 ] Return the goods via our courier in suitable packaging, indicating the order number and destination address on the package.<\/span><\/p>

Fly srl will replace the material at the address indicated on the invoice as soon as possible.<\/span><\/p>

Fly Srl reserves the right to refuse the goods received in the event of failure to comply with the procedure indicated above.<\/span><\/p>

It is not possible to exercise the right of withdrawal if the purchase was made via VAT number.<\/b><\/span><\/p>

Diritto di recesso<\/strong><\/h3>\nInformativa sul diritto di recesso<\/strong>\nNon \u00e8 possibile avvalersi del diritto di recesso se l\u2019acquisto \u00e8 stato effettuato tramite partita iva.<\/strong>\n\nGli acquisti sul sito Fly srl sono soggetti alla disciplina del D.Lgs. 206\/05, dettata in materia di contratti a distanza, nei casi in cui la consegna della merce avvenga al domicilio dell\u2019acquirente, in quanto detti acquisti si perfezionano al di fuori dai locali commerciali.\n\nLa normativa comunitaria pi\u00f9 comunemente nota come Diritto di Recesso, prevede che tale diritto sia esercitabile dalle sole persone fisiche (consumatori) che agiscono per scopi che possono considerarsi estranei alla propria attivit\u00e0 commerciale. Il diritto di recesso, quindi, non pu\u00f2 essere esercitato dalle persone giuridiche e dalle persone fisiche che agiscono per scopi legati ad una attivit\u00e0 commerciale. Restano esclusi dal diritto di recesso anche gli acquisti effettuati da rivenditori o da soggetti che a qualsiasi titolo acquistano per la rivendita a terzi.\n\nIn cosa consiste: il consumatore ha diritto di recedere dal contratto entro il termine di 10 giorni lavorativi dal ricevimento della merce, restituendo il bene oggetto del recesso al venditore, il quale gli rimborser\u00e0 il prezzo della merce restituita.\nIl diritto di recesso\u00a0non si applica<\/b>\u00a0ai prodotti che sono stati aperti dal consumatore, usati, montati e che non sono stati reimballati adeguatamente.\n\nIl diritto di recesso\u00a0non si applica<\/b>\u00a0inoltre su prodotti realizzati su misura e personalizzati. 2 Reso del materiale<\/strong><\/h3>\nIn caso che il materiale\n\nIn caso che il materiale presenti difetti di produzione che non sono da considerarsi caratteristiche tipiche di prodotto Fly srl si impegna a sostituire il materiale in garanzia senza addebitare alcuna altra spesa.
