1. Payment Methods
Purchases made on the ecommerce.flysrl.com website are safe and guaranteed and can be made:
- Advance payment by bank transfer.
1.1 Payment by advance bank transfer
In case of advance payment by bank transfer, the order will be managed/put into production only after receiving confirmation of the credit from the bank.
Payment must be made within 8 days from the date of the order. After this deadline, the order will be automatically cancelled. The reason for the bank transfer must necessarily include the order number, order date and name and surname of the customer.
Product availability is to be evaluated only from the moment the order is placed.
The bank transfer must be made out to: ‘FLY SRL‘
Cancellation by sending an email or certified email within 48 hours of the order is possible, until the order is not yet in production or in preparation in the warehouse if the material is already available.

1.1 Pagamento tramite bonifico bancario anticipato
In caso di pagamento tramite bonifico bancario anticipato l’ordine sarà gestito/messo in produzione solo dopo aver ricevuto la conferma dell’avvenuto accredito da parte della banca.
Il pagamento dovrà avvenire entro 8 giorni a partire dalla data dell’ordine. Oltrepassata tale scadenza, l’ordine verrà automaticamente annullato. La causale del bonifico bancario dovrà riportare necessariamente numero ordine, data ordine e nome e cognome del cliente.
Le disponibilità dei prodotti sono da valutare solo dal momento dell’avvenuto ordine.

L’annullamento previo invio di mail o posta PEC entro 48 ore dell’ordine è possibile fino al momento in cui lo stesso non è ancora in produzione o in preparazione a magazzino se materiale già disponibile.
